Refund & Cancellation Policy — Gym Atlas
Operated by Tech Girl LLC ("we," "us"). This policy supplements the Terms & Conditions, §9.
Effective Date: June 20, 2026
1. Subscriptions and Billing
Gym Atlas coaching is sold primarily as a recurring subscription between you (the Client) and the independent Trainer you choose. Fees are shown before purchase and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription (web) or your app store subscription settings (if you purchased through the app).
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
3. Refunds
- Fees already paid for a current or past billing period are non-refundable, because coaching is delivered during that period.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
- Exception — your legal rights: if you live somewhere with mandatory refund or cooling-off rights, those rights apply and override this policy to the extent required.
- Goodwill: we may, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund (for example, for a clear service failure). This is case-by-case and not a guarantee.
4. App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases are handled under that store's own refund process and policies, not directly by us. We can't issue refunds for store-processed payments; please use Apple/Google's refund request flow.
5. Disputes With Your Trainer
Programs and guidance come from independent Trainers, not from Gym Atlas. If you're unhappy with a Trainer's service, contact us at support@gymatlas.fitness and we'll try to help, but quality disputes are primarily between you and your Trainer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of your account while we investigate.
